Attend venue walk through(s) for design & logistical planning

Assistance with design per couple’s vision including small details (stationery, gifts from the gusts,..)
Budget management & cost saving tips
Confirm all vendors (delivery times, items being delivered, etc) the week prior to the wedding
Advice on entertainment and babysitter for children
Organising accommodation and transportation for the guests
Registration process (Legal acts and regulations, registration information and administrative processes)
Preparation of the necessary documents before and after the wedding
Full day coordination on the day of the wedding (up to 12 hours)
The planner’s personal contact to communicate with guests and coordinate their accommodation and transport arrangements
Preparation of wedding favours, transport of personal belongings, to the wedding location or to your hotel, check-ins, pick up of car rentals etc.
Oversee all wedding day deliveries (Handle all last minute needs if possible.)
